When will my first letter arrive?
My mail club runs from the 25th to the 25th of each month! If you subscribe during this time, your first letter will be the following month's mail club, which is posted on the 1st of the month.
For example, if you subscribe between June 25th and July 25th, your first letter will be August's mail club letter, which will be posted on August 1st.
When are the letters posted?
All letters are posted on the 1st of each month. Every letter is packed and personalised by hand before being sent off!
How long does shipping take?
UK: Usually 1–7 working days after being sent.
International: Usually 14–21 business days after dispatch.
International deliveries can sometimes take up to 4 weeks, depending on your country's postal service, so please allow this amount of time for your letter to reach you! 💗
Is my order tracked?
No. All international letters are sent using Royal Mail International Standard snail mail, so they aren't tracked. I chose this shipping method to help keep postage as low as possible for everyone!
Why doesn't my Shop app show any tracking?
All letters are sent using Royal Mail International Standard, which isn't a tracked service. Because of this, the Shop app may show messages such as "Waiting for details" or "On the way" without any further updates. Don't worry, this is completely normal!
Where is Ladybug Mail Club based?
Ladybug Mail Club is based in the United Kingdom. Every letter is designed, packed and posted by me from the UK. If you're ordering from another country, your letter has a little further to travel, so international deliveries can sometimes take a little longer to arrive.
My letter hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If your letter hasn't arrived after 4 weeks from the date it was sent (the 1st of each month), please send me an email at evie.ladybugclub@gmail.com and I will make it right!💗
Will my renewal payment guarantee my place?
Yes! As long as your subscription remains active, your place in Ladybug Mail Club is reserved each month!
Why have I already been charged for next month's letter?
Ladybug mail club runs on a subscription basis. Your subscription renews on the same date each month that you originally subscribed. That payment is always for the following month's mail club. For example, if your payment is taken in July, it's for August's letter, which is posted on August 1st.
My subscription payment didn't go through. What happens?
If a payment can't be processed, it will automatically retry a few times! If it still doesn't go through, don't worry! Just send me an email at evie.ladybugclub@gmail.com, and I'll be happy to help
Can I update my payment method?
Of course! Log into your subscription portal using the email address you subscribed with and head to Profile, where you can update your payment details.
Can I change my renewal date?
If you'd like your monthly payment taken on a different date, just send me an email and I'll do my best to help :)
How do I update my address?
You can either edit your address in the subscription portal on my website or you can just send me an email at evie.ladybugclub@gmail.com before the next dispatch date, and I'll update your subscription address for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal on my website! Log in using the email address you subscribed with, head to Your Subscriptions, and select Cancel Subscription. You'll always be welcome back whenever you'd like to rejoin!

Can I subscribe for just one month?
Yes! You're welcome to subscribe for just one month and cancel at any time before your next renewal date.
Can I choose the name written on my letter?
Absolutely! If you'd prefer your letter to be addressed using a nickname or a different name, just send me an email before your letter is posted and I'll happily update it for you!
Can I join after the monthly sign-up has closed?
Each monthly edition has a sign-up window between the 25th and 25th. Once subscriptions have closed for a particular month, any new subscriptions will receive the next month's letter.
Can I buy previous mail club editions?
Each monthly Ladybug Mail Club edition is created as a special monthly release and isn't currently available to purchase once subscriptions have closed. If anything changes in the future, I'll be sure to let everyone know! :)
Is every letter made by me?
Yes! Every month's mail club is designed, assembled and packed by me here in the UK. Each letter is even addressed by hand!
Will my letter fit through my letterbox?
Yes! I design every letter to fit through a standard letterbox, so there's no need to be home to receive it.
Why does my letter take longer than someone else's?
Every country's postal service works a little differently, so delivery times can vary! If you're ordering from outside the UK, your letter also has a little further to travel!
What happens if subscriptions sell out?
Once all subscription spaces have been filled for the upcoming month, they'll close until the next month's sign-up window opens.
Can I buy more than one subscription?
Of course! If you'd like to send one as a gift or receive more than one, you're very welcome to.
Can I send Ladybug Mail Club as a gift to someone?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient's name and address at checkout.
Is every month different?
Yes! Every month has a brand new theme, illustrations, stickers and goodies, so no two editions are ever the same!
Can I suggest a future theme?
Absolutely! I love hearing your ideas. Feel free to send me an email anytime :)
Can I share my letter online?
Of course! I'd absolutely love to see your happy mail! :)
