Refund policy

Returns:

As every Ladybug Mail Club letter is personalised and made especially for you, I'm unable to accept returns once your letter has been shipped.

Refunds:

Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer refunds once your monthly mail has been prepared for dispatch.

If there's ever an issue with your letter after it has been sent (damaged, lost mail etc.) refunds can be given based on the situation. Please don't worry! Just get in touch and I'll make it right. 💗

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Mail:

If your letter arrives damaged or something isn't quite right, please get in touch within 14 days of it delivered using the contact form on my website (or email me at evie.ladybugclub@gmail.com) with your name, order email and photos if applicable.

If your letter hasn't arrived, please allow:

UK: Up to 14 working days from dispatch.

International: Up to 5 weeks from dispatch.

I know that can feel like a long wait! 💗 Once your little letter has been posted, it's in the hands of the postal service. Thank you so much for your patience while it makes its journey to you!

Address Changes:

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before the 25th of the month. If you need to change your address, you can update it through your subscription portal before the 25th.

Unfortunately, once your letter has been posted, I'm unable to redirect it.

Cancelling Your Subscription:

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your customer portal. To stop the next month's letter from being charged and sent, please cancel before your next billing date. If your payment has already been processed for the current month, that month's letter will still be sent, and your cancellation or pause will apply to future months.
