Refund policy
Returns & Refunds:
Because each monthly letter is personalised and made to order, I am unable to accept returns, and we can’t refund once a month’s mail has been packed for dispatch. Please cancel or pause before the 25th of the month.
Cancellations:
You can cancel or pause anytime from your customer portal. To stop the current month’s letter, please cancel/pause before the 25th. If you cancel on/after the 20th, that month’s letter is already in production and will still be sent; your change will apply from the next cycle.
Returns:
As each envelope is customised to you, I am unable to accept returns once they have been shipped.
Refunds:
Unfortunately, I am unable to give refunds once a month’s mail has been prepared for dispatch (typically from the 25th onward). If there’s an issue (damaged, mispacked, or not received), see below! I'll make it right :)
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Mail:
If your letter arrives damaged email evie.ladybugclub@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your name and order email, plus photos if applicable.
If your letter seems lost, please allow:
UK: 14 business days from dispatch
International: 20 business days from dispatch
If your letter has not arrived within 4 weeks of dispatch, please contact me and I'll make it right :)
Address Changes:
Please update your address in the portal before the 25th. If an address is incorrect and mail has already been sent, I'm unable to refund, but I'll try to help for future months.
Billing Dates:
You’re billed on the same day each month as your original sign up. Changes made after billing take effect from the next cycle (unless before the 25th and we confirm otherwise).
