Shipping policy

Dispatch:

Ladybug Mail Club letters are posted within the first few days of the month. Join between the 25th and 25th of each month to receive the following month's mail club.

For example, subscriptions placed between July 25th and August 25th will receive September's mail club.

Delivery Times:

All Ladybug Mail Club letters are sent using untracked letter post to help keep shipping costs as affordable as possible 💗

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United Kingdom: Usually 1–7 working days

International: Usually 2–5 weeks

I know that can feel like a long wait! 💗 Once your little letter has been posted, it's in the hands of the postal service, so delivery times can sometimes be a little longer than expected. Thank you so much for your patience while your little letter makes its journey to you! 

My Letter Hasn't Arrived:

If your letter hasn't arrived after:

14 working days (UK)

5 weeks (International)

please get in touch using the contact form on my website or email evie.ladybugclub@gmail.com, and I'll do my very best to help. 💗

Occasionally, international post can be delayed, so your original letter may still arrive even after a replacement has been sent.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is included in your Ladybug Mail Club subscription, so there are no additional shipping charges at checkout. 

Address Changes:

If you move or need to update your address, please do so through your subscription portal before your next dispatch date. Unfortunately, once your letter has been been posted, I'm unable to redirect it.

Damaged or Incorrect Mail:

If your letter arrives damaged or something isn't quite right, please get in touch using the contact form on my website (or email evie.ladybugclub@gmail.com) with your order details and photos if applicable.
