Shipping policy

LadyBug Mail Club letters are sent out once a month, during the last week of each month. Sign ups made before the 25th will receive that month’s mail. Sign ups made after the 25th will receive the next month’s edition as their first.

Delivery Times:

All mail is sent via standard letter post (untracked) to keep costs as low as possible.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United Kingdom: 2–7 business days

Europe: 7–14 business days

International (outside Europe): 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your local postal service and busy periods such as holidays.

If your letter hasn’t arrived after:

14 business days (UK) or

20 business days (International)
please contact me at evie.ladybugclub@gmail.com so I can help and make it right.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is included in the subscription price. There are no extra fees at checkout for LadyBug Mail Club. 

Address Changes:

If you move or need to update your address, please do so before the 25th of the month in your subscription portal. If your letter has already been prepared for mailing, we unfortunately can’t redirect or resend it.

Lost or Damaged Mail:

If your envelope arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive within the timeframes above, email evie.ladybugclub@gmail.com with your details. I’ll do my best to replace or resolve it for you :)
